About Us

The Downtown Greater Napanee Business Improvement Area consists of business owners and property owners within the designated downtown area. This area extends from West Street to the railway overpass and from Bridge Street to the Napanee River.

The BIA is run by a board of directors made up of our members that are appointed by Council every four years. We receive our funds through a mandatory tax levy paid by our members.

The BIA’s primary roles are area promotion, event facilitation, policy influencer and business support. Together we make Downtown Greater Napanee the up-and-coming, beautiful, location that it is.

We purchase advertising spaces in radio, television and print media and we share the savings with our members.

Event Facilitation and Organization

Through the year we organize or support events to promote or showcase Downtown Greater Napanee. Your participation in these events can help generate awareness for you business.
